I recently celebrated my… well, a very significant birthday. Having recently relocated back to the SF Bay Area, starting a new job, you might imagine the anarchy that all of that simultaneous change entails. So I really wasn’t expecting anything huge to happen on my birthday… and no “one” huge thing did happen.What did happen was nothing short of amazing. Over the course of my birthday week, many of my dear friends either took me out for dinner, drinks, or made dinner for me at home. This hasn’t happened before for several reasons… but this time it did, and wow did it feel good. You never know how important it is to have friends around you until you’re isolated from them.So, this blog post is a huge (and permanent) THANK YOU to those folks who helped me celebrate my birthday… In no particular order..
